Shipping Policy

  • If your order is above ₹2000, shipping is absolutely free.
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive timely SMS updates to help you track your shipment from dispatch to delivery.
  • All orders will be delivered by our delivery partners in 7 days.

Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

  • If you receive a wrong, defective, or mismatched product, you may request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • To process your request, you must provide valid proof such as images or unboxing videos showing the issue.
  • Personalized or customized gift items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • In cases of return or cancellation, only 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
  • Important: Always record a video while unwrapping the product. This will be required for return or replacement requests.

Overview

  • Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. After 30 days, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
  • Returned items must be unused and in original packaging, in the same condition as received.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a few business days.
  • If approved then Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company—it may take time before the refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank as processing times vary.

Sale Items

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Return & Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at vijencart1@gmail.com.
  • If return is approved then exchange or replaced product will be delivered in 7 days.
  • Return should be made within 5 days after receiving the product

Damage

  • Once damage order is return and approved then the order will be delivered in 7 days .

Shipping Returns

  • You are responsible for paying your return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
  • Consider using a trackable shipping service or insurance. We can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item.
